Coastal protection

For coastal regions, sea-level rise is one of the most important consequences of climate change.  Our research is experimental and focussed on solutions for coastal nature-based defence in particular of the Dutch Delta and the Wadden Sea, to help prepare vulnerable coastal regions for future climate change.
