Location Yerseke
The second location is in Yerseke, on the edge of the Oosterschelde. Here, the focus is on research into estuarine ecosystems. The location includes an underwater laboratory with twelve concrete basins. At high tide, these are directly connected to the Oosterschelde, allowing researchers to conduct experiments under realistic, natural conditions.
