NIOZ is looking for a new director

Royal NIOZ is looking for a new director, who will take on the scientific and operational management of the institute whilst navigating NIOZ through an increasingly complex world. Leading on NIOZ’s strategy, the director develops and implements the scientific and societal mission of our institute: working together with our diverse, international staff of scientist, technicians, ships crew and support staff on sea research from climate to biodiversity.

The position of director will become vacant since the current director of NIOZ, prof.dr. Han Dolman, is nearing the end of his term. An executive search exercise for candidates is being undertaken by Perrett Laver, but the position is open to all eligible candidates.
