Dr. Fabio Nauer da Silva

Holds a Postdoctoral position at the Royal Netherlands Institute of Sea Research (NIOZ), within the project “Weeds of Change: Characterizing and Modeling the Sources and Sinks of the Great Atlantic Sargassum Belt”, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Linda Amaral-Zettler. He also completed Postdoctoral research at Florida International University (FIU), supervised by Prof. Dr. Ligia Collado-Vides, and at the Institute of Environmental Research of São Paulo (IPA/SP), supervised by Prof. Dr. Mutue T. Fujii. He earned his Ph.D. in Sciences (Botany) at the Institute of Biosciences, University of São Paulo (IB-USP), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mariana Cabral de Oliveira, with consolidated experience in Phycology, Marine Ecology, and Global Climate Change.
