Deepsea Multibeam Echosounder for measuring 3D bathymetry and sediment information

·   Depth range: 10 – 7000 m

·   Frequency range : 27 to 34 kHz

·   Beam angles: 1º x 2º

·   Coverage (swath width) for mud bottom (-40 dB):

         5 x waterdepth from 50 to 1000 m;

         4000 m at 5000 m waterdepth

·   Automatic operation module

·   Special features:

1.       Chirped pings (FM-modulation)

2.       Multi-ping option

3.       Logging of water column data

4.       Seafloor backscatter recording

1.       SIS (including CUBE): data recording
