Goal	Installation for producing de-ionized water.
Specification	Reference-water: 18.2 MOhm-cm DOC: < 5 ppb, Si: < 0.1 ppb, Heavy metals: < 1 ppb, Micro-organisms: < 1 cfu/m
Remarks	This system has to be used in combination with the Milli-RO system. Equipment is installed in the AutoAnalyzer container.
